I had a pretty mixed experience at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining options, but the cleanliness and service really need improvement. The rooms were not in great shape, with issues like leaks and noise. Overall, I think the hotel has potential, but they really need to step up their game in several areas.
